Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design process from concept development to execution, ensuring each project reflects the client’s vision and the studio’s design standards.

Responsibilities include space planning, preparing detailed design presentations, coordinating construction drawings, and selecting FF&E; in alignment with project requirements. The role involves close collaboration with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to maintain design integrity, quality, timelines, and budgets.

The Senior Interior

Designer will conduct site visits, oversee implementation, resolve design challenges,



and mentor junior designers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Solid Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to translate client needs into functional, aesthetic solutions.
- Proficiency in Architecture-related coordination and understanding of building systems to integrate interior concepts seamlessly.
- Experience preparing and reviewing detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for execution.
- Expertise in FF&E; selection, including finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with design concepts and budgets.
- Advanced proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop) and presentation tools.
- Strong project management abilities, including coordination with multiple stakeholders, timeline control, and budget awareness.
- Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design solutions to clients and teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with substantial experience in high-end residential or commercial projects.
- Proven ability to work independently and in teams, demonstrate attention to detail, and uphold high standards of quality and integrity.
