HIRING: Senior Intelex Platform Specialist | Admin, Dev & Support

5-8 YOE | 1 Position | Hybrid - 2 Days Office | Bengaluru | Pune | Noida | Chennai

We are looking for a Senior Intelex EHSQ Specialist who can own the platform end-to-end - Administration + Development + L2/L3 Support - for a large enterprise workplace.

This is the first dedicated role of its kind in the team, with high visibility and direct interaction with business stakeholders & tech leadership.

What You'll Own:

1. Platform Administration

- Primary administrator for Intelex - user access, security roles, permissions, system configs
- Manage workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, scorecards & BI elements
- Handle data imports/exports, data quality audits & sync with enterprise systems
- Own upgrades, patches, and new module implementations
- Maintain documentation - config guides, process manuals, security matrices

2. Development & Customization

- Build & customize Intelex applications using config tools, scripting & APIs
- Create automated workflows and advanced reporting solutions
- Translate EHSQ business needs into technical solutions
- Data migration, data modeling & integrations

3. Support & Enablement

- Provide L2/L3 technical support - complex troubleshooting, RCA, incident resolution
- Monitor system performance & implement preventive measures
- Deliver training, webinars & user guides for admins and end-users
- Act as liaison between business units, Intelex vendor & internal IT

What We're Looking For:

- 5+ years hands-on experience on Intelex EHSQ Platform in an enterprise setup - must cover all three:



Admin + Dev + Support
- Proven experience as primary Intelex admin - access/roles, workflows/forms/dashboards, upgrades/rollouts, data management
- Strong development experience on Intelex - configuration, scripting, REST APIs, automated workflows & advanced reporting
- L2/L3 support experience with large user bases
- Solid tech grounding in SQL, JavaScript, REST APIs, Integrations
- Strong understanding of EHSQ processes - Incident Management, Audits, Risk Assessment, Compliance, Training
- Excellent communication - can explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Bachelor’s in CS / Information Systems / EHS or related field preferred
- Hybrid model (2 days office) - Open to Bengaluru, Pune, Noida, Chennai. Outstation & remote candidates with quick joining considered.

Nice to Have: Intelex Certification, Power BI / Power Automate, Knowledge of ISO 14001 / 45001 / 9001, Experience with enterprise implementations.

Full-time | Usual morning hours | Hybrid | Reports to Project Manager + Tech Manager | Long-term opportunity
