Job Title: Senior Generative AI Artist & Video Editor (Gurgaon & Bengaluru)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Artist & Video Editor who can take creative ideas through to finished films and guide the team through the creative and technical challenges of AI production.

You will own visual development, generation, editing and finishing for advertising, branded content and digital campaigns. This requires strong filmmaking judgement, advanced knowledge of generative tools and the ability to maintain character and product consistency across complete sequences.

Alongside delivering projects, you will build reliable production workflows, mentor junior artists and help the team improve quality, turnaround time and control over generation costs.

Key Responsibilities

AI Filmmaking & Visual Development

- Translate scripts and briefs into visual treatments, reference frames, storyboards and executable shot plans.
- Choose tools, models and production methods based on the creative requirement, delivery schedule and budget.
- Develop controlled workflows for text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video, image-to-video and video-to-video generation.
- Apply camera language, lens choice, lighting, composition, blocking and screen direction to create coherent cinematic sequences.
- Direct generated performances through clear control of expression, gesture, action and timing.
- Maintain character identity, product accuracy, wardrobe, environments and lighting across shots and campaign assets.
- Resolve difficult shots through reference conditioning, inpainting, outpainting, controlled regeneration, retouching and compositing.
- Recognise when a shot needs live action, stock, 3D or specialist support, and recommend an achievable approach.

Editing & Finishing





- Own the edit from assembly through final delivery, combining generated footage, live action, stock, graphics and sound.
- Shape story, performance, pacing and transitions to meet the creative brief.
- Diagnose and resolve flicker, morphing, identity drift, inconsistent motion, lip-sync issues and continuity errors.
- Handle compositing, tracking, masking, retouching and cleanup, bringing in specialists where required.
- Match colour, texture, sharpness and grain across footage from different sources.
- Manage upscaling and enhancement while preserving natural detail, faces, packaging and brand elements.
- Deliver masters, cutdowns, subtitles and adaptations in 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 formats.
- Own final quality checks for picture, sound, text, brand accuracy and delivery specifications.

Production Workflows

- Build, adapt and troubleshoot ComfyUI/ Magnific workflows for image generation, enhancement and supported video workflows.
- Apply reference conditioning, ControlNet, IP-Adapter or equivalent methods where appropriate.
- Develop reusable workflows for character consistency, product accuracy and shot variations.
- Manage workflow dependencies, model versions and settings so successful outputs can be reproduced.
- Use batch processing, APIs and automation where practical to reduce repetitive work.
- Document workflows, prompts, generation settings and fixes so other artists can use them.




- Evaluate new tools against real production requirements, including quality, reliability, speed, cost and commercial usage terms.

Sound & Voice

- Develop music, voice and sound approaches that support the film’s narrative.
- Direct AI voice generation for tone, pronunciation, pacing and emotional delivery.
- Edit dialogue, synchronise voices and build soundscapes using music, ambience and effects.
- Handle audio cleanup, balancing and working mixes.
- Brief and collaborate with sound designers, composers, voice artists and mixing specialists when required.

Team & Production Ownership

- Assess feasibility early, flag risks and estimate generation effort, iteration time and credit requirements.
- Plan generation around editorial needs and approved visual references.
- Review junior artists’ work and give explicit, actionable creative and technical feedback.
- Manage revisions, prioritise fixes and communicate the impact of changes on delivery.
- Maintain standards for asset organisation, version control, project handovers and quality checks.
- Build shared reference libraries, prompt structures and workflow templates.
- Explain creative choices and technical limitations clearly to creative and production stakeholders.

Skills & Tools

- Strong practical experience across Midjourney, Flux, Kling, Veo, Runway and Higgsfield, with the judgement to select the right platform for each task.
- Advanced editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop for compositing, retouching and visual problem-solving.
- Proven hands-on knowledge of ComfyUI/magnific, including building and troubleshooting node-based workflows.
- Working knowledge of InVideo for AI
