Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with Product Managers, Development, QA, and Operations teams throughout the SDLC.
- Support enhancements across trading platforms, onboarding journeys, OMS/RMS, back-office, and wealth management products.
- Conduct UAT, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of Business Analysis experience in Stock Broking, Capital Markets, or FinTech.
- Strong understanding of Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, and trading operations.
- Experience with Agile methodology, Jira, Confluence, and SQL.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

- Experience with trading platforms, APIs, OMS/RMS systems.
- MBA or relevant BA/Product certifications.
