Experience: 4–6 Years, including minimum 2 years of independent responsibility
Job Responsibilities
- RM purchasing as per production planning and requirements.
- Manage Gate Inward & Outward material movement and documentation.
- Maintain Minimum, Maximum & Re-order levels of consumables and RM.
- Supervise Purchase and Store functions.
- Track RM and consumable consumption.
- Plan and monitor outside Job Work and timely material return.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores and suppliers.
- Ensure timely material availability to avoid production stoppage.
Key KRAs
- On-time RM availability as per production plan.
- Inventory and stock level control.
- Purchase & supplier delivery follow-up.
- Accurate inward/outward material records.
- RM & consumable consumption control.
- Timely completion of job work.
- Store stock accuracy and proper documentation
