? We’re Hiring | Senior Executive - Business Development & Sales

We are looking for a proactive and results oriented Senior Executive - Business Development & Sales to support the growth of our Secured Storage Services (SSS) business across key markets.

? Locations: Coimbatore | Vijayawada | Ambala | Ranchi | Bhubaneshwar | Lucknow

? Experience: 3-6 years

? Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field. MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and acquire clients across relevant industries.
- Conduct market research, map prospective customers and assess competitor activity to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Execute local sales plans and work towards business acquisition and revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business requirements and proposing suitable service offerings.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, pricing estimates and presentations in coordination with internal stakeholders.




- Negotiate commercial terms and support contract closures within approved pricing and profitability parameters.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Experience in B2B sales, business development or client acquisition, preferably in staffing, manpower outsourcing, facility management, security services or allied business services.
- Ability to identify potential customers, generate leads and convert opportunities into business.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Good commercial understanding, with a focus on revenue generation and profitability.
