Role Overview

Looking for a seasoned Engineering and Technology Leader with 20+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, and technology leadership, with strong expertise in AI and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering teams and drive technology strategy and execution.

Define AI/GenAI strategy, leveraging LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and intelligent automation.

Architect scalable, secure, cloud-native enterprise applications and platforms.

Drive engineering excellence, modernization, DevOps, and AI-led innovation.

Collaborate with business and product leaders to deliver strategic technology initiatives.

Mentor technical leaders and build high-performing engineering teams.





Required Skills

20+ years in software engineering and technology leadership.

Robust expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, and enterprise AI solutions.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), distributed systems, and modern architecture.

Proven track record in leading large engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.

Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred: Experience scaling GenAI solutions into production, AI governance, MLOps/LLMOps, and technology transformation.
