We're looking for someone who can keep our D2C engine running smoothly—from the first click to the final refund.

Not someone who just follows up.

### WHAT YOU'LL OWN

01 / ORDERS THAT ACTUALLY MOVE.

Own order processing, warehouse coordination, dispatch timelines and fulfilment exceptions. No order should disappear into the system.

02 / DELIVERY, NOT EXCUSES.

Track NDR, failed deliveries and RTOs. Spot patterns, fix recurring issues and make sure avoidable returns don't eat into our business.

03 / RETURNS WITHOUT THE CHAOS.

Manage return pickups, exchanges, refunds and pending cases. Every customer issue needs a proper closure.

04 / A WEBSITE THAT WORKS.

Own weekly website health checks, product and collection updates, campaign readiness, pricing accuracy, checkout testing and issue resolution.

05 / EVERY RUPEE COUNTS.

Monitor shipping costs, COD charges, reverse logistics, courier billing discrepancies and operational leakage.

Find inefficiencies. Fix them. Show us the savings.

06 / SYSTEMS THAT TALK TO EACH OTHER.

Work across Shopify, WMS,



logistics and returns platforms. Maintain accurate reconciliations, dashboards and operational MIS.

07 / ZERO SILENT PROBLEMS.

If something breaks, raise it early. Track it. Own the follow-up. Close it.

### YOU'RE OUR KIND OF PERSON IF...

- You have hands-on experience in D2C or e-commerce operations, preferably fashion or apparel.
- You understand Shopify, order fulfilment, shipping aggregators, returns and refunds.
- You're comfortable with Excel, dashboards and operational data.
- You can coordinate with warehouses, courier partners and technology vendors.
- You enjoy fixing broken processes and reducing unnecessary costs.
- You believe a task isn't finished until the problem is actually solved.
