Job Title: Senior Category Manager - Indirect Procurement

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement category strategies for indirect spend categories such as IT, Facilities, HR Services, Marketing, Skilled Services, Travel, and Logistics.
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, and contract award recommendations.
- Drive annual cost savings, cost avoidance, and value engineering initiatives.
- Manage supplier relationships and establish governance frameworks to improve supplier performance.
- Conduct spend analysis, market intelligence, and industry benchmarking to identify sourcing opportunities.
- Lead commercial negotiations and execute complex contracts while minimizing business risk.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure alignment with procurement objectives.




- Develop procurement roadmaps and category management plans to achieve long-term business goals.
- Monitor supplier KPIs, SLAs, and performance scorecards.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support procurement transformation initiatives and process automation projects.
- Lead and mentor procurement and sourcing teams.
