About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate should understand B2B digital marketing, be comfortable working with marketing analytics tools, and have the ability to independently plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.

The candidate will also have the prospect to work on emerging marketing technologies, including AI Search Optimization, GEO, and AI-powered marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities1.

Search Engine

Optimization (SEO)

- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs, and metadata.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, indexing, and website performance.
- Work with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Coordinate with content and development teams to implement SEO improvements.

2.

Generative Engine

Optimization (GEO) &

• AI Search

- Understand and implement optimization strategies for AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
- Research AI search visibility, brand mentions, competitor presence, and content opportunities.
- Support AI-friendly content optimization, structured data, and entity-based SEO.
- Use Iriscale's platform to analyze search visibility and identify optimization opportunities.

3. Paid Advertising & • Performance Marketing





- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Display, and remarketing campaigns based on business requirements.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Optimize advertising budgets and landing-page performance.

Social Media

Marketing

- Manage B2B social media activities, primarily LinkedIn, along with other relevant platforms.
- Create monthly social media content calendars.
- Coordinate engaging posts, creatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Improve brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
- Track social media performance and recommend improvements.

5.

Content

Marketing

- Develop SEO-focused content briefs and blog strategies.
- Optimize existing website content for search intent and conversions.
- Collaborate with writers and designers to produce high-quality marketing content.
- Create content supporting brand awareness, product education, and lead generation.

6. B2B Lead Generation & • Marketing Automation

- Support B2B lead generation through digital marketing campaigns.
- Build and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Assist with email marketing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Work with tools such as Apollo.io, HubSpot, or similar CRM and automation platforms.
- Track lead quality, campaign performance, and conversion opportunities.

7. Analytics & • Reporting

- Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and other analytics platforms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze traffic, leads, conversions,



and campaign effectiveness.
- Recommend actionable improvements based on marketing data.

Required Skills & • Qualifications

- 3–4 years of practical experience in digital marketing.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Good understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation.
- Experience with keyword research, content optimization, and competitor analysis.
- Ability to independently manage multiple digital marketing activities.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini for marketing productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

- Previous experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
- Understanding of GEO, AEO, and AI-powered search.
- Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and email outreach tools.
- Basic understanding of WordPress, HTML, and landing-page optimization.
