JOB SUMMARY:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Delivery teams. Handle Operational issues related to the delivery centre.
- As a Talent Manager, ensuring right resource across all delivery teams
- Coordinate the right capacity management & adhere to all the SLA & Performance metrics
- Ensure project delivery managers are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards.
- Partner with the sales ecosystem providing the right solutions for successful software deals
- Drive efficiencies through innovative solutions like Automation, AI/ML
- Keep senior management up to date with delivery status, emerging opportunities, identified risks and mitigation plan.
- Ensure adherence to all the methodologies/policies & regulatory compliance as required
- Provide leadership and mentoring project managers, leads, and other team members.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s in engineering (Computer Science) / MTech (Computer Science)
- MBA would be an added advantage

Required Skills

- Extensive background in Insurance Domain (With Global clients) and senior delivery management leadership for Insurance Software
- Should have led in development and delivering complex software projects throughout the lifecycle.
- Project planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control.
- Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
- Provide technical support and participate in the Change Control Board and or change control process.
- Solid negotiation and presentation skills.
