We currently have a requirement for a Civil Design Engineer to work on large industrial projects for blue chip clients.

Responsibilities

- Lead the detailed civil engineering design of pavements, underground drainage and utilities, and earthworks for site development works on large industrial projects.
- Proactively coordinate with project managers, design disciplines, construction management team, contractors and Clients.
- Manage the timely delivery of the civil engineering design to an excellent standard.
- Carry out periodic inspections of the works on site for quality and BCAR purposes.




- Contribute to the continuous development of the civil engineering department.

Qualifications

- Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification / qualified experience)
- 8+ years’ experience with an EPC firm working on large-scale industrial projects is required, with experience in Pharma and Data Centre projects a distinct advantage

- Must be proficient in the use of AutoCAD 2D, Civil 3D, AutoTRACK and Revit
- Experience in Navisworks and/or BIM360 is preferable
- Design experience with clients from Europe and the USA is an advantage
