Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Senior and Junior Interior Designers based in Navi Mumbai. Designers will develop concepts, prepare mood boards, and create detailed drawings and 3D presentations for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, material and finishes selection, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and overseeing work progress on site to ensure design intent is maintained.

The role involves client meetings, understanding project requirements, presenting design proposals, and incorporating feedback into refined solutions.



Designers will collaborate with the internal design team and external stakeholders to manage project timelines, quality, and documentation from concept through completion.

Qualifications

- Strong interior design skills, including space planning, concept development, and detailing for residences, offices, and boutique hotels.
- Proficiency in design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization tools, and MS Office).
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and current design trends relevant to premium interior projects.
- Effective client-facing communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in drawings, specifications, and site coordination.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- For Senior Interior Designer: several years of demonstrated experience leading projects independently and guiding junior team members.
- For Junior Interior Designer: foundational project experience, strong portfolio, and willingness to learn under senior guidance.
- Familiarity with local building codes and practical understanding of construction processes is an advantage.
