Role Description

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Analyst with hands-on experience in startup fundraising, financial modelling, and venture capital investor relations.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Startup Engagement: Meet founders, assess fundraising requirements, originate mandates, and manage founder relationships.

✅ Financial Modelling: Collect and analyse business and financial data, develop financial models, conduct valuations, and prepare financial projections.

✅ Fundraising Documentation:



Prepare investor presentations, information memorandums, and data rooms.

✅ VC Outreach: Identify and connect with relevant venture capital funds, investment teams, and institutional investors.

✅ Investor Meetings: Independently coordinate virtual and physical meetings between founders and investors, including follow-ups.

✅ Deal Execution: Manage fundraising mandates, investor pipelines, due diligence, and transaction coordination through closure.

Ideal Candidate: 3–4 yea rs of relevant experience in investment banking, venture capital, or startup fundraising. Solid financial modelling and valuation capabilities. Existin g VC and startup ecosystem relationships preferred. Excelle nt communication, relationship management, and execution skills.* Ability to independently manage multiple fundraising mandates.
