Senior AI Developer – Agentic AI / Conversational AI

We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Developer with solid experience in developing and deploying production-ready Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and LLM-based applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Python, AI agent orchestration, cloud-based LLM platforms, enterprise integrations, and scalable AI solutions.

Required Skills:

- Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, backend development.
- LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent agent orchestration frameworks.
- Agentic AI, Conversational AI, LLMs, AI agents, workflow orchestration, state management, intent routing, tool/function calling, fallback mechanisms.
- Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry (Microsoft Foundry), or equivalent cloud LLM platforms.
- RAG, embeddings, vector search, knowledge retrieval.
- Prompt engineering, structured outputs,



API/database integration, error handling.
- LLM observability: LangSmith/Langfuse or equivalent monitoring, tracing, latency, token usage, cost, error, and response-quality tracking.
- LLM evaluation, testing, security, authentication, authorization, data privacy, auditability, debugging, and production support.

Good to Have:

MCP integrations, Azure AI Search, vector databases, OpenTelemetry, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Docker, Azure deployment, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, CRM/contact center integrations, and deterministic AI workflows.

Ideal Candidate: 7–10+ years of overall development experience with proven hands-on expertise in building, integrating, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade Agentic AI/LLM applications, including solution architecture, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
