Position: Senior AI/ML Architect - GenAI & LLM

3iTech Global is hiring an experienced, hands-on Senior AI/ML Architect to design, train, fine-tune, and deploy enterprise-grade AI/ML and Large Language Models (LLMs).

We are looking for professionals who combine strong AI architecture expertise with practical implementation experience in Generative AI, LLM Fine-Tuning, GPU Infrastructure, Cloud Deployment, and MLOps.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and develop scalable AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
- Train and fine-tune open-weight LLMs using enterprise datasets.
- Implement LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, and supervised fine-tuning techniques.
- Design end-to-end model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring pipelines.
- Deploy and host LLMs on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Optimize GPU infrastructure, inference performance, latency, and cost.
- Implement production-grade MLOps and model lifecycle management.
- Provide technical leadership while remaining actively involved in development.

Mandatory Technical Skills
- AI/ML: Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers
- LLM Fine-Tuning: LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, SFT




- LLM Models: Llama, Qwen, Mistral, Gemma, DeepSeek
- Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
- Model Serving: vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, TGI
- MLOps: MLflow, Weights & Biases, CI/CD
- Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, GPU Computing

Preferred SkillsRAG, Agentic AI, Vector Databases, Model Quantization, Ray, Databricks, Multimodal AI, and LLM Evaluation. Ideal Candidate
- 10–15 years of overall technology experience.
- Strong hands-on background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Proven experience in LLM training, fine-tuning, and production deployment.
- Experience building scalable AI solutions on cloud infrastructure.
- Strong architecture, problem-solving, and technical leadership capabilities.
