Key Responsibilities

- Application & API Security: Perform manual penetration testing of web applications and APIs. Identify and validate vulnerabilities involving authentication, authorization, access control, injection, business logic, and OWASP Top 10 risks.
- AI & Agent Security: Assess LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, and AI agents for prompt injection, data leakage, authorization bypasses, unsafe tool execution, and other AI-specific vulnerabilities.
- Vulnerability Research: Proactively discover and demonstrate exploitable attack paths beyond automated scanner findings. Investigate root causes and recommend practical fixes.
- Remediation & Collaboration: Work with developers and engineering teams to prioritize vulnerabilities, validate fixes, and ensure security issues are resolved.




- Security Automation: Help integrate security checks into development and CI/CD workflows to detect recurring vulnerabilities and prevent regressions.
- Reporting: Document findings, exploitation steps, business impact, and remediation recommendations. Track vulnerabilities and provide regular security updates.

Required Skills

- Experience in application security, product security, penetration testing, or vulnerability research.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of web application and API security, including OWASP Top 10, authentication, authorization, and business logic vulnerabilities.
- Experience with manual penetration testing tools such as Burp Suite or OWASP ZAP.
- Practical understanding of AI/LLM security risks, such as prompt injection, sensitive-data exposure, and AI-agent or tool-use vulnerabilities.
- Ability to reproduce vulnerabilities, explain their impact, investigate root causes, and recommend fixes.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate findings clearly to developers and technical stakeholders.

Good to Have

- Experience with bug bounty programs, responsible vulnerability disclosure, or security research.
- Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, Docker, Kubernetes, or GCP.




- Familiarity with source-code review, SAST/DAST tools, and CI/CD security.
- Experience building security tools, scripts, or automated testing workflows.
