Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a SAS Developer. The SAS Developer will design, develop, and maintain SAS programs to support data analysis, reporting, and insights for the show’s production, participant performance, and audience engagement. Daily responsibilities include extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and building automated workflows and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

The role involves collaborating with producers, data analysts, and marketing teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions, optimize data pipelines, and provide clear, actionable reports.



The SAS Developer will also troubleshoot data issues, enhance existing code for efficiency, and ensure that all analytics processes follow best practices for security, documentation, and quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Statistical Programming and Programming skills, preferably with hands-on experience using SAS in a production environment.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Statistics knowledge to design robust analyses, interpret results, and communicate insights clearly.
- Candidates should possess Data Management skills, including data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and validation across large and diverse datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools, reporting platforms, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SAS Visual Analytics) is beneficial.
- Relevant experience in entertainment, media analytics, finance, or research environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical data handling and confidentiality.
