Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP ISU FICA Consultant with robust hands-on expertise in SAP IS-U Financial Contract Accounting (FI-CA). The ideal candidate should have experience managing day-to-day SAP IS-U FICA operations, resolving production issues, supporting integrations, and ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support day-to-day SAP IS-U FICA operations.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective workarounds while root-cause analysis is in progress.

- Monitor and support SAP batch jobs and scheduling activities.

- Support SAP IS-U FICA integration with other SAP modules and external systems.

- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and ensure business objectives are achieved.





- Handle incidents and support timely resolution of technical and functional issues.

- Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of relevant hands-on experience in SAP IS-U FICA.

- Strong understanding of SAP IS-U FICA operations and production support.

- Experience in troubleshooting, incident management, and root-cause analysis.

- Knowledge of SAP batch jobs and scheduling.

- Familiarity with SAP IS-U FICA integration with other SAP modules and external applications.

- Ability to identify process improvements and operational workarounds.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with business stakeholders.
