Role & responsibilities
*Lead end-to-end R&D; projects from lab-scale design to pilot scale-up and technology transfer.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of scientists to drive organic synthesis, route scouting, process optimization, and new product development (NPD).
*Author and review Technical documentation like PDR, BMR, SOP, safety protocols, ISO etc..
* Hands-on expertise in multi-step organic synthesis and reaction mechanisms.
*Proficiency with analytical instruments like NMR, GC, GC-MS, HPLC, LC-MS, FTIR, UV-Vis
*Strong understanding of process safety, waste treatment, and scale-up engineering principles.
* Robust project management, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
