Roles and Responsibilities

- Recruit agents to sell insurance products through agency channel.

- Develop business relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume.

- Identify recent opportunities for growth within the assigned territory.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling life insurance policies to customers.

- Provide training and support to recruited agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
