Job Summary

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our SSM Client Support team. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience handling international voice processes, preferably within the Insurance or Banking domain, with strong client-handling and communication skills.

Candidates with a secure career history and consistent tenure with previous organizations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients and customers.
- Provide accurate and professional support for client queries and service requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Follow established process guidelines, compliance requirements, and data-security standards.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.




- Maintain strong professional relationships with international clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in International Voice Process.
- Relevant experience in Insurance or Banking domain.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Strong client servicing and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of customer handling and escalation management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work with international customers and different time zones.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts, if required.
