Role & responsibilities

1. Coordination with the central SQE and internal team for their requirement across 2W operation.

2. Prepare a monthly process audit, safety audit, and surprise test plan, adhere to it accordingly and share status through weekly.

3. Monitoring of Quality and Safety observation and their closures.

4. Support in the preparation of monthly meeting and safety & quality trouble analysis report.

5. Support during the new business setup from Quality and Safety point of view.

6. Preparation of OPS, WI and OPL for new business as required.

7. Support to 2W planning team for various PPT & excel reports.

8. Handle the business audit and its preparation with internal team accordingly.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Good Knowledge of Quality Management System, Process Audit, Safety Audit, Surprise Test, Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis.

2. Analytical Thinking, Process - Driven Mindset, Cross functional coordination.

3. Good knowledge of Excel and PPT.

4. Positive Knowledge of New Business Planning, Documents Preparation.
