Role: Jr. Structural Engineer

Educational Requirement: BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech- Civil / Structural

Experience: 1-3 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Experienced in the design of steel structures for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Metals & Minerals Processing, Buildings, Infrastructure, and other industrial sectors.
- Perform structural calculations for straightforward design applications .
- Demonstrate strong documentation skills, including design documentation, development activities, preparation of technical inputs for drawings, and report generation.
- Independently identify and implement solutions while seeking guidance when dealing with complex technical challenges.
- Independently execute assigned tasks, including structural calculations and technical submittals, through effective planning and prioritization.
- Manage time and priorities effectively to meet project deadlines while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Understand customer requirements, provide technical support, and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.




- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development by staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Engage with customers through detailed and targeted questions to understand their requirements, challenges, and pain points.
- Develop and share technical knowledge and competencies with internal and external stakeholders through webinars, emails, telephone calls, and other communication channels.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach by understanding customer needs, considering their specific circumstances, and providing practical, solution-oriented support.
- Develop a holistic understanding of the roles and responsibilities of internal stakeholders who support business operations.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, a high degree of learning agility, and the willingness to explore technical details whenever required.
