Compensation: Up to ₹45,000/month (₹20,000 Base/Performance Target + up to ₹25,000 Per-Sale Commission)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Field Sales Specialist to expand our physical footprint and secure new commercial partnerships across Ahmedabad. You will be the on-ground face of the brand, responsible for pitching our premium product portfolio—including spatial setting mists, diffusers, and sensory products—directly to retail boutiques, wellness centers, and commercial venues.

Employment Terms (Probation to Permanent)

This role begins with a strict 6-month probationary period. During these initial six months, your performance will be closely evaluated against predefined monthly sales quotas and lead closure rates. Successful completion of this probation period, demonstrated by consistent target achievement, will unlock the opportunity for permanent employment within the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct Prospecting: Actively canvas commercial zones and street-level territories to identify and approach potential B2B and retail partners.




- End-to-End Deal Closure: Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from the initial cold approach to product demonstration, negotiation, and final contract signing.
- Lead Conversion: Quickly follow up on and independently close warm inbound leads and target lists supplied by our internal team.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for new accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and initial order fulfillment.
- Market Reporting: Track daily field activities, closed deals, and market feedback using our internal CRM and database tools.

Requirements

- Proven experience in field sales, direct-to-retail (FMCG/luxury/lifestyle), or B2B business development.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to confidently present premium, aesthetic-driven products to business owners.
- High resilience, self-motivation, and absolute comfort with street-level prospecting and cold-calling.
- Familiarity with the local commercial landscape and retail hubs in Ahmedabad.
- Must possess a two-wheeler for daily field travel.
