- 7+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on OmniStudio/Vlocity experience.
- Design, develop, and support OmniStudio solutions.

- Integration Procedures
- Calculation Procedures
- Expression Sets
- Document Generation
- Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity):
- Communications Cloud
- Media Cloud
- Energy & Utilities Cloud
- Health Cloud
- Insurance (preferred)
- Design customer journeys and digital processes using OmniStudio low-code capabilities.
- Strong understanding of:
- Salesforce Data Model
- Security Model
- Sharing Rules
- Permission Sets
- Profiles
- Hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Flows
- Platform Events
- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- Design scalable integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
- Experience with:
- Middleware platforms
- MuleSoft
- Azure Integration Services
- Informatica
- Boomi
- Understanding of Vlocity EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog) concepts.
- Performance optimization of OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong experience in migration, deployment, and release management.
- Ability to mentor developers and provide technical leadership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
