Position: Senior Account Leader/Delivery Manager, Salesforce BU

Location: Pune

Experience: 12+ years, with at least 8 years in Salesforce projects

About the role An account leadership role in the Salesforce BU. You will own customer accounts and lead Salesforce conversations from sales through delivery.

What you will do and learn

- Account ownership: own the relationship and health of your accounts
- Customer engagement: build trust with customer leaders
- Sales and pre-sales conversations: join discovery, solutioning and proposals
- Ongoing engagements: stay close to live delivery, including progress, risks, dependencies and customer updates




- Growth: find and grow opportunities on your accounts
- Rhythm and numbers: know your targets and keep updates regular
- Keep learning: grow your Salesforce knowledge and leadership skills

What you bring

- Customer engagement and account ownership experience, as the single point of contact for delivery
- Experience managing Salesforce projects end to end across clouds, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations
- Working Salesforce knowledge, including platform limits: hands-on at least at admin level, with a basic understanding of Apex and Flows
- Sales and pre-sales exposure
- Agile delivery practices: sprints, retros, planning, and managing risks and dependencies
- Transparent verbal and written communication, and confidence leading customer calls, demos and status presentations
- Awareness of Jira, Confluence and version control or DevOps tools such as Git and Copado (hands-on use not required)
- Preferred: Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder or Consultant); PMP or CSM is a plus
