Role: Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Support Engineer

Experience: 4–8 Years

Key Skills: SFCC Implementation, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Java/J2EE The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud / B2C Commerce, along with good programming knowledge in Java/J2EE and JavaScript. The role involves application support, troubleshooting production issues, implementing enhancements, managing integrations, and ensuring the stability and performance of SFCC-based commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and maintain enterprise eCommerce solutions built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/B2C Commerce).
- Work on SFCC implementation, customization, enhancements, and production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and production issues within agreed SLAs.
- Develop and maintain SFCC components including SFRA, controllers, models, ISML templates, services, and jobs.
- Support integrations between SFCC and external enterprise applications through APIs, OCAPI, and web services.
- Work on eCommerce functionalities such as Product Detail Pages, Product Listing Pages, Cart, Checkout, Orders, Catalogues, Pricing, Promotions, and Customer Data.
- Perform RCA for recurring production issues and implement permanent fixes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled jobs,



integrations, deployments, and environment-related issues.
- Work with SFCC Business Manager for operational and configuration activities.
- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution and application enhancements.
- Participate in code reviews, deployments, release activities, and performance optimization.

Must-Have Skills

- 4–8 years of relevant IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC / B2C Commerce)
- Experience in SFCC implementation and application support
- Positive programming knowledge of Java/J2EE
- Experience with SFRA architecture
- Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript, Controllers, ISML, and backend development
- Experience with API/Web Service integrations
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production issue-resolution skills

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with OCAPI and SFCC Service Framework
- Knowledge of SFCC Business Manager
- Experience with Jobs Framework and scheduled/batch jobs
- Knowledge of integrations with payment gateways, OMS, ERP, or other commerce systems
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, ServiceNow, Postman, or similar tools
- Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment processes
- Salesforce B2C Commerce certification
