Role Description The Salesforce Business Analyst role at Alphaleo is a full-time position based in our Hyderabad office in Telangana, India.

You will be working with directly with our client stakeholders & our Melbourne based leads to gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Salesforce and associated CRM solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping business processes, translating requirements into functional specifications, building Proof of Concepts, and collaborating with technical/dev team to configure and optimise Salesforce.com environments as well as performing gap analyses, preparing user stories and acceptance criteria, and supporting system testing and user training.

The Salesforce Business Analyst will also help identify opportunities for process improvements, contribute to solution design,



and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and value realisation from CRM initiatives.

You will be part of one of our ongoing transformation programs in Utilities industry and work hours are Australian hours.

Qualifications

- Strong business analysis capabilities, including Business Analysis, Business Requirements gathering, and Business Process mapping skills.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com Administration, including user management, configuration, and basic customization.
- Robust Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose practical, data-driven solutions.
- Experience working on CRM or digital experience projects, preferably within Salesforce or similar cloud platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and document findings in a structured manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and tools such as Jira, Confluence and/or similar platforms.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Business Analyst) and/or more certifications. or a willingness to obtain them within a defined timeframe.
- Highly advantageous if you have Omnistudio certifications as well as experience in Salesforce Utilities Cloud CPQ, CLM and certifications.
- Robust organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
