We are looking for a confident, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Specialist who can drive bookings, build solid client relationships, and maximise revenue across our range of offerings.

- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable villas, stays, packages, and experiences.
- Explain pricing, offers, availability, booking policies, and payment terms.

- Generate corporate bookings for team outings, offsites, retreats, meetings, and company events.
- Identify and approach companies, HR teams, corporate administrators, and decision-makers.
- Build relationships with corporate clients to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, and client meetings.

- Generate enquiries and bookings for weddings, pre-wedding functions, private celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries, and social gatherings.
- Build relationships with wedding planners, event agencies, decorators, and other relevant partners.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate customised proposals and packages.
- Follow up with prospective clients from the initial enquiry to booking confirmation.

- Promote villa stays, dining experiences, curated activities, celebrations, and customised packages.




- Identify cross-selling opportunities to increase the value of each booking.
- Recommend premium accommodation, add-on experiences, dining packages, and event enhancements based on customer needs.
- Work towards achieving individual sales targets and overall revenue goals.

- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and lost leads.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and revive inactive enquiries.
- Build relationships that encourage repeat bookings, referrals, and long-term business.
- Coordinate with reservations, front desk, operations, and F&B; teams to ensure smooth execution.

- Track sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
- Share regular sales reports and pipeline updates with Management.
- Monitor market opportunities and competitor offerings.
- Take ownership of assigned targets and continuously identify ways to improve sales performance.

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, hospitality, or customer relationship management.
- Experience in resort sales, corporate bookings, weddings, events, or hotel sales will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, lead generation, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and close deals effectively.
- A proactive, organised, and target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
