Role Description The Sales Specialist role at JAS Diamonds Inc is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, the Sales Specialist builds and manages relationships with customers, conducts product presentations, and explains technical features and benefits of the company’s electrical and electronic products. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying current sales opportunities, following up on leads, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

The Sales

Specialist collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, supports after-sales service, and gathers customer feedback to inform continuous improvement.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and participating in training and team meetings to stay current on product updates and market trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, opportunity qualification, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support product education for clients and contribute to structured sales processes.
- Relevant experience in B2B or technical product sales, preferably in electrical or electronic manufacturing, is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage a sales pipeline, and use CRM or sales tracking tools effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with a results-driven and ethical approach to selling.
