Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Omni-Channel to design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce architecture.
- Lead Service Cloud solutions, including case management, knowledge management, escalations, and service processes.
- Configure Omni-Channel routing, queue management, skills-based routing, and agent workload management.
- Design Experience Cloud portals for customers, partners, and external users.
- Provide technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
- Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
- Define data models, security architecture, sharing rules, and user access controls.




- Ensure application performance, scalability, and compliance with Salesforce governor limits.
- Establish architectural standards, design patterns, CI/CD practices, and deployment strategies.
- Lead technical design reviews and collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and enterprise architects.

Required Skills:

- Solid expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Omni-Channel.
- Hands-on knowledge of Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and MuleSoft.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modelling, and system architecture.
- Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce solution design and implementation.
