Role Description The Sales Officer is a full time, on-site role located in Goharganj Tehsil. This position is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to suitable products that match style, size, and budget. Daily activities include handling sales transactions, managing product display and stock on the shop floor, and maintaining a clean, organized sales area.

The Sales

Officer will also support basic lead generation by engaging walk-in customers, encouraging repeat visits, and sharing information about promotions. Collaboration with the store team to achieve sales targets, provide consistent customer service,



and report on sales operations is essential.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse shoppers.
- Experience or aptitude in Sales Operations and Channel Sales, supporting daily retail sales activities and coordination with suppliers or partners.
- Basic Lead Generation abilities, such as identifying potential repeat customers and promoting offers to increase store footfall and sales.
- Good numerical skills for handling cash, billing, and straightforward record-keeping; familiarity with POS or billing systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full time, stand for extended periods, and handle peak customer hours calmly and professionally.
- Prior experience in retail, apparel, or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent; local language proficiency and basic English or Hindi communication skills are preferred.
