Role Description The Sales Officer–CASA is a full-time, on-site role based in Panchkula, responsible for driving Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) acquisitions and deepening relationships with existing customers. Daily activities include identifying prospective customers, explaining CASA products and services, and conducting field visits and in-branch interactions to onboard new accounts. The role involves coordinating with branch teams and channel partners to meet sales targets, ensuring accurate documentation,



and maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

The Sales

Officer also provides post-sales support, addresses customer queries, and promotes cross-selling of suitable banking products to enhance customer value. Regular reporting on sales activities and market feedback to the branch management team is an significant part of this position.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities.
- Candidates should possess core sales capabilities, such as Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills.
- Candidates should possess experience in collaborative selling, including Channel Sales and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of retail banking products, especially CASA, and familiarity with local market dynamics.
- Candidates should possess qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior experience in banking or financial services sales is preferred.
