Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive revenue generation for the installed sound segment across Mumbai and surrounding markets, in line with business objectives and sales targets.
- Handle the complete B2B sales process, from lead generation and opportunity qualification to quotations, negotiations, order closure, project handover and coordination.
- Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities across different verticals of the installed sound market.




- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of projects, track opportunities from initial discussions to closure, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through effective territory planning, customer engagement and project conversion.
- Track market developments, customer requirements and competitor activity, and provide regular updates on pipeline status and business opportunities to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Up to 5 years of sales experience in professional audio, audiovisual (AV), installed sound or a related technology solutions industry.
- Basic technical understanding of professional audio systems and installation workflows is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Highly self-driven
