Role Description

Inside Solution is looking for a aggressive Sales Manager to join our team in Anand, Gujarat. This is a full-time, in office role responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. Have to work in Anand, Gujarat and travel frequently.

The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, bring in the clients, go on field, meetings with the customers and ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.



The role also involves team coordination, market research, and promoting IT hardware, managing major clients from on boarding them to sending them bills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop sales strategies to grow the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Identify potential clients and maintain follow-up and visits frequency.
- Ability to achieve assigned sales targets on time is preferred.
- Need to travel frequently

Qualifications

- Experience in sales with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and professional email communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience in IT hardware and solutions or technology-related industries is preferred.
