? Telecaller – On-site

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: Minimum 6 Months

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Type: Full-Time, In office

We are looking for a smart and confident Telecaller to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant voice, and the ability to build rapport with clients. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential leads and play a key role in our sales and marketing efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases
- Explain services and offerings clearly and confidently to prospects
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
- Maintain daily call logs and update lead status in CRM
- Follow up with interested prospects for further discussions




- Schedule appointments and pass qualified leads to the sales team
- Meet daily and monthly calling targets
- Assist in feedback collection and basic client coordination

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of telecalling or customer support experience
- Fluent in Hindi and English (Gujarati is a plus)
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools preferred)
- Only candidates open to on-site work in Ahmedabad should apply
