Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bhilwara, Udaipur, Jaipur, Kota & Ajmer.

The Sales

Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for Bondcraft’s range of building material products, including tile adhesives and related solutions by creating solid Dealer & Distributor network. Day-to-day activities include visiting dealers, distributors, and project sites, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The role involves achieving sales targets, tracking market trends and competitor activities,



and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.

The Sales

Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, address customer queries, and support after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in the building materials or construction sector.
- Customer relationship management abilities, with experience in managing dealer, distributor, and contractor networks.
- Basic product and technical understanding of tile adhesives, grouts, wall putty, waterproofing, and related construction materials.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product benefits and features clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Good organizational and reporting skills, including maintaining sales records, preparing forecasts, and using basic MS Office tools.
- Ability to work independently in the field, plan daily visits, and manage time efficiently to cover assigned territories.
- Prior experience in building materials, construction chemicals, or related industries is preferred.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel in an around the field.
