About the Role

Kuvam Technologies is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Engineer to develop business opportunities in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate should have experience in technical sales, industrial products, CNC/VMC machine tools, or related mechanical components.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop current business opportunities in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Generate leads and build relationships with OEMs, machine-tool manufacturers, dealers, and end customers.
- Promote and sell CNC/VMC-related products, including rotary tables, CNC spindles, angle heads, and machine-tool components.
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into confirmed orders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and manage the sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and market intelligence.
- Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.




- 2–5 years of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, or B2B business development.
- Experience with CNC/VMC machines, rotary tables, spindles, cutting tools, or machine-tool components will be preferred.
- Understanding of mechanical engineering products and technical specifications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate leads, develop new accounts, and close sales.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits across Pune and nearby industrial areas.
- A valid driving licence and personal two-wheeler will be an advantage.
