Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and presenting tailored solutions across Screen Interactiv’s design, digital, and visualization services. Daily activities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and pitch decks, coordinating with internal creative and technical teams,



and supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns.

The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reports, and participating in client meetings, demos, and training sessions to ensure strong customer experience and account growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales, Pre-sales, and Sales Management skills to drive lead generation, conversion, and account growth.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to guide clients and team members on solutions, workflows, and best practices.
- Relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or design/creative services, preferably in an agency or B2B environment.
- Ability to understand and articulate digital marketing, branding, and visualization solutions to diverse industry clients.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, presentation software, and basic data analysis for sales and campaign performance tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, on-site environment.
