Sales & Accounts Management Coordinator (SAM Co)

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Accounts Management Coordinator to support our account management and sales teams. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys client interaction, and has strong organizational skills.

Location: Lucknow, UP

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Support sales & account management calls/meetings with clear, concise minutes
- Prepare client deliverables, proposals, and reports using software tools
- Maintain CRM (Universe) records and track prospect activity
- Assist with scheduling calls, interviews, and face-to-face meetings
- Proofread and develop documents (idea maps, proposals, and deliverables)
- Evaluate and track Audit POs, prepare PO quotes
- Conduct research on new prospect accounts and prepare company profiles
- Support client mailings (Christmas cards, newsletters) and create rate card draft
- Report directly to the Sr. Director of Account Relationship Management and the Sr. Manager,

with occasional collaboration across other operational leaders.




- Manage executive travel schedules and logistics; potential for candidate travel opportunities based on demonstrated growth and development.

- Proficiency in MS Office
- Detail-oriented with robust documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
