Required Skills & Responsibilities

Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely processing and meet customer delivery expectations.

Execute accurate inventory counts and audits to maintain system integrity and prevent stock discrepancies.

Process vendor invoices with high precision to ensure timely payments and maintain strong qualified relationships with suppliers.

Utilize MS Excel to track operational performance metrics and generate detailed reports for management review.

Support the end-to-end management of ecommerce orders to ensure seamless fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.

Facilitate efficient Return to Vendor (RTV) processes to minimize losses and ensure accurate credit reconciliation.





Monitor ecommerce platform updates to ensure product listings and inventory availability remain synchronized.

Assist in identifying process bottlenecks to support the smooth execution of daily operational workflows.

Maintain clean and organized records of all transactional data to support operational compliance and audit readiness.

Educational Qualification

Minimum: Graduate (Bachelor's degree) in operations, supply chain, or logistics.

Experience Required

0–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics.
