- Position: Robot Operator
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Location: Talegaon, Pune

Key Responsibilities

1. Hands-on experience in robot operation and programming using IGM, CLOOS, or FANUC robots.
2. Knowledge of TCP adjustment and robot calibration.
3. Feed parts to the robot and monitor the welding process.
4. Identify and correct weld defects such as cold lap, porosity, and undercut.
5. Perform daily robot maintenance, including cleaning and checking loose connections.
6. Ensure welding processes meet production standards.
7. Hands-on experience in heavy welding.

Technical Competencies

- Robot operation, teaching, and program correction.
- TCP adjustment and calibration.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Hands-on MIG welding experience.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.

Target Companies / Industry

Candidates from the heavy construction equipment manufacturing industry are preferred, particularly those with relevant experience at companies such as CNH, Hyundai, and Rane.
