Role Overview The Research & Project Associate plays a key role in supporting Lets Unbound's college counselling operations through research, project management, AI-assisted workflows, and resource development. The role involves building and maintaining opportunity databases, creating student-facing resources, coordinating with counsellors and interns, and driving projects from research to execution. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys research, problem-solving, working with AI tools, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Opportunity Management

- Research global universities, scholarships, internships, competitions, research programs, and other academic opportunities.
- Maintain and update opportunity databases with accurate eligibility criteria, deadlines, and application requirements.
- Monitor changes in admissions trends and university requirements.

Project & Resource Development

- Create university comparisons, scholarship trackers, guides, presentations, and other student resources.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, and internal documentation.
- Support special research and strategic projects as required.

AI & Process Improvement





- Use AI tools to improve research quality and operational efficiency.
- Build and refine prompts and workflows for research, documentation, and content creation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline existing processes.

Operations & Coordination

- Coordinate with counsellors, interns, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Review intern deliverables and maintain quality standards.
- Track project progress and support day-to-day operational requirements.

Student Support

- Assist counsellors with student research, university shortlists, and application-related resources.
- Participate in student and parent interactions whenever required.

Required Skills

- Robust project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
