1. PRT English Teacher Profile

Role Summary: We are looking for a passionate and dynamic PRT English Teacher to foster a love for language and literature among primary school students. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and creative teaching methods to build a solid foundation in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver interactive English lessons focusing on grammar, vocabulary, phonics, and creative writing.
- Skill Development: Enhance students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing (LSRW) skills through engaging activities, storytelling, and role-play.
- Assessment & Support: Monitor student progress, grade assignments regularly, and provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment suited for young learners.
- Parent Communication: Conduct regular discussions with parents regarding student progress and behavioral development.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Qualification: Graduate with B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. (Specialization in English is preferred).
- Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience teaching English at the primary level (Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply).
- Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English, patience, creativity, and tech-savvy teaching abilities.





2. Mother Teacher Profile

Role Summary: We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Mother Teacher to handle kindergarten or early primary classes. The role involves acting as a surrogate mother figure to help young children smoothly transition from home to school, taking care of their basic learning, emotional, and social needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Early Childhood Education: Teach foundational concepts (alphabets, numbers, rhymes, colors, shapes) through play-way methods, art, and craft.
- Nurturing Environment: Provide a protected, warm, and secure environment where young children feel comfortable expressing themselves.
- Basic Care & Discipline: Guide students with daily routines, personal hygiene, good manners, and basic classroom etiquette.
- Activity Coordination: Organize and supervise fun activities, indoor/outdoor games, and co-curricular events.
- Progress Tracking & Parent Interaction: Keep daily track of children's moods and learning progress; maintain regular updates with parents.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Qualification: Graduate with NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) / ECCEd / B.Ed.
- Experience: [X] years of experience handling kindergarten or lower primary students.
- Skills: High patience level, affectionate and approachable nature, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
