Role Purpose: To acquire and manage customers for Affordable Loan Against Property (LAP) products, drive business growth through sourcing recent loan opportunities, and ensure achievement of business targets while maintaining portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Source Affordable LAP business through self-sourcing, open market channels, connectors, DSAs, and referrals.
- Identify potential customers requiring secured lending solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, explain product features, and assess eligibility.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for loan sanction and disbursement.
- Maintain relationship with existing customers and generate cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and KYC norms.
- Achieve monthly disbursement, login, and revenue targets.
- Monitor portfolio quality and minimize delinquency.
