Position Details:

· Openings: 1

· Location: On-site, Vadodara

· Shift: 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

· Experience: 2–3+ years in hospitality, hotel operations, hotel sales, or B2B relationship management

· Joining: Immediate to 30 days preferred

Role Overview:

The candidate will act as a trusted Hotel Advisor for U.S. hotel owners, helping them with loans, insurance, hotel supplies, chargebacks, and vendor connections while building long-term client relationships.

Key Screening Criteria:

· Robust spoken and written English communication.

· Experience in the U.S. hotel market will be a significant advantage.

· Basic understanding of hotel financing, insurance, and procurement.

· A mature, professional, and calm approach to client handling.

· Ability to build trust, understand client needs, and coordinate with relevant partners to resolve issues.
