Role Description The Relationship Associate Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bikaner. This role is responsible for engaging with existing and potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable products across equity, commodities, mutual funds, and insurance. Day-to-day activities include scheduling and conducting client meetings, explaining product features and benefits, processing applications and documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up to maintain robust client relationships.

Sales will also support sales campaigns,



collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries, and contribute to achieving individual and branch sales targets while upholding compliance and service standards.

Qualifications

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages, including clear presentation and negotiation capabilities.
- Basic understanding of financial products such as equities, commodities, mutual funds, and insurance, or interest in learning about them.
- Proficiency in using computers and productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking systems).
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound ethical judgment, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field preferred; relevant sales or financial services experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bikaner and engage in regular client visits within the region.
