Reporting to - Regional Service Manager (India).

Location - Gurugram / Delhi NCR

Responsibility :

- Responsible for PMLS product line service delivery, focusing on rigid scope、energy platform 、surgical products and other products
- Channel technical support and training empowerment, including installation, operation, repair, maintenance, disinfection and sterilization, etc.
- Follow up on major complaints and solve customer problems in a closed loop
- Complete the company's established business indicators, including but not limited to improving customer installation maps, channel backup stock , etc.
- Current product customer Operation/usage follow-up, and customer satisfaction follow-up
- Market research on endoscopic services in India and optimization of service strategies

Requirements :

Education:



Bachelor's degree or above, Electronics and Biomedical Engineering major preferred;

Experience: Over 2 years of experience as an engineer or technical support staff member in the medical device industry, laparoscopic background preferred;

Knowledge and Skills: Excellent teaching and communication skills; strong information gathering and analysis abilities; adaptable to frequent travel; adaptable to cross-cultural environments;

English can be used as a working language; overseas study or work experience preferred;

Familiar with computer and office software; IT background preferred.
