Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Avanashi. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining job postings, building talent pipelines through multiple channels, and ensuring a structured, fair, and effective recruitment process. The role involves updating and managing candidate data, scheduling interviews,



supporting onboarding activities, and providing regular hiring status reports. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with HR and business teams to understand role requirements, improve recruitment strategies, and contribute to a positive candidate experience.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and effective communication with hiring teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in maintaining recruitment databases, managing applicant tracking systems, and organizing hiring documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in evaluating candidate fit, assessing competencies, and supporting fair and unbiased selection decisions.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR, preferably within manufacturing, apparel, or consumer goods industries, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Avanashi, manage multiple vacancies, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with recruitment platforms and social media sourcing are beneficial.
